Sex in the Time of Coronavirus!

The biggest topic of discussion nowadays seems to be the infamous coronavirus. The current precautionary measures against the virus include washing your hands and keeping a safe distance from others. But, what about sex? A question that will pop in many people’s heads is whether it is allowed to have sex during the outbreak.

To answer that question, we did some digging and found what experts are suggesting Sex in the Time of Coronavirus.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), hugs and physical touch is not advised during the coronavirus. So where does that leave physical intimacy?

The CDC notes that kissing might be one of the things to be careful about, as respiratory droplets or saliva can both spread the virus. However, if you and your partner are healthy, there is no need to quit the kissing or physical contact.

Sex in the Time of Coronavirus

As for sex, experts approve it if both partners are healthy and haven’t been around a larger group of people lately. As you already know, the coronavirus requires a 14-day quarantine, which for some couples is not possible to do. Ultimately, we all have a job to go to, and since avoiding large groups of people is impossible, it would be wise to pause all sex-related activities.

If you haven’t spent time around other people, then having sex might not be an issue. To be on the safe side, use a condom and other forms of protection, and keep it as safe and as clean as possible. One of the most important things to know regarding the coronavirus and sex is that while the former spreads through saliva and mucous, it doesn’t spread through sperm or intercourse. That said, leaving kissing aside while having sex would be a big to-do.

However, if you decide to leave sex to the side for 14 consecutive days, then you can have your fun in another way. Here are our favorite no-sex sexy scenarios to try in the meantime:

Masturbate in front of each other, or better yet, on camera.

Play with edging and teasing, without reaching an orgasm. Psst, you can save that for Day 15.
